AM- Seeing Ghosts. Early morning towards SR. Swapped with Marieta once I got back. 6.02 miles

PM- Never Gave Up. Kept falling off the group because I felt tired and over heated. Kept finding ways to catch back up. Down towards Millcreek and up by PVMS. 4.31 miles
