AM- Warm Up. Found out at 6 that Justin had an extra bib for the Uncle Sam 4k. So I hurried over to run as Fitz. .32

Uncle Sam 4K. Ran a 6:26 first mile then backed up to run with Justin and Charli. 2.83 miles 

Extra. Ran a little more while waiting for Marieta. Wanted me more mileage this morning. 1.14 miles 

PM- 109 ain’t nothin. Afternoon run enjoying my independence. 2.45 miles
