AM- Pushed with the top group for 3 miles then dropped back to Elliott and Brennan and ironically got smoked by them. Cooled off at the park and headed out with AJ to reattach to the top boys again. Did my best to keep up with some slow miles mixed in. Finished and picked up Liam. 8.63 miles 

PM- Got yelled at by my neighbors then tried to get a nice little stroll in. 1.87 miles
