on a treadmill in aspen, colorado. the altitude got to me. ran 4 miles and walked 0.2 in 42 minutes. splits for the running: 10:01, 9:31, 9:21, 10:30. Right around 30 minutes I got overwhelmed. I slowed down for about 5 minutes and then I ran at 9:31 pace for another 2 minutes. I was really beat.
