Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.
Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!
Long-Term Running Goals:
To enjoy a very long life of running!
Break 6 min in the mile
Break 12 min in the 3200M
Break 20 min in the 5k
break 2 hours in the 1/2

College Sophomore at SUU.
Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.
Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.
3 with rachel. :) it was a good pace. especiallly from coming back from break.. I missed the team and sierra cause I was talking an old teacher I ran into.
six with sierra up into green springs... she went quick up with the boys untill like mile two and I had cramps so I just kept them in sight.. then she dropped after her knee hurt and ran with me and we extended up to the running center again.
