Short-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.

Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To enjoy a very long life of running!

Break 6 min in the mile

Break 12 min in the 3200M

Break 20 min in the 5k

break 2 hours in the 1/2

Personal:

College Sophomore at SUU.

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.

arghh... I'm sick of these bummm runss!!! I think I might be due for some new shoes so I might go get some.. I just really hope things start flowing soon... Me and sierra went and lifted a little after the run... I'm hoping to make that routine??

3 and some lifting afterwards... Lifting felt good even though it hurt! ha

So I was being a lazy butt and I was totally not going to run today.... After school I went home with Micci and just hung out but then I had to go run errands and the whole time I was wishing I had ran so when I was done with them I drove back to the school at like 4:45 and changed and took off.. It was funny cause then Micci saw me while I was running! Ha but it was good and I'm going to bump up the miles next week hopefully!!
