4 in 37:24 and 1 with Mimi and Bella in 9:16. The boys hate running with the girls but I love it. They think the girls are bad but they are actually really good kids.

48:37 in the canyon. I had good energy all day even though the run was very hard. I also had no food. I have been eating more red meat lately and I've noticed an increase in energy. I don't have to eat as often and I feel better.The days I eat meat the night before school I don't have any crashes and I can focus better.
