23:14. I had lots of energy but for some reason the air smelled really bad like cow poop.

23:31. Fortunately I do not have covid, just a small cold that didn't even affect anything anyway.

I took the kids for a small run. Ceci(5) got 1:09 in 200 meters, and Gideon(3) got 39 in 100 meters.

24:05. There was lots of slippery snow, I also had a little less motivation.

30:30. I had to stop a lot because of  the weather. Snowing all day, and very cold. The distance wasn't probably exact because the path wasn't plowed, a little less then 4 miles.

31:58. I am having easier runs and doing just fine physically, but I am really struggling mentally. It is hard to get out the door.

About 34-35min. It was super slippery so it was dangerous to run faster. And my watch got too much water on it so it kept on stopping the time. This run I wasn't having a hard time mentally because I kept myself entertained by listening to Russian.

39:32. I felt very discouraged today. My body has been doing great but I am struggling a lot mentally. I am glad I got myself out the door though because it cleared my head and made me more positive. What I need to keep in mind is that running can help you mentally also.

I don't really know for sure but I was so fatigued and burnt out that it was hard to do anything. I think I was stressed and overworked so I couldn't run. I was still very tired the next day.

23:27 in the morning and 23:34 in the evening. I was really surprised at how much I did considering how tired I was the other day. Was a bit tired but really nothing, i had a very pleasant run.

24:27 in the morning and 24:47 a couple hours later. I felt like I was still recovering from yesterday's run so i was tired.
