Fist blog in a long time. I ran 2 miles in 15:55. It felt good to be injury free. It was hard to find a flat area but I managed to get a flat distance of 1 mile, so i just go in loops. I was a little sore from last week but really sore now.
My brother Tim went on a mile with me. He did it in 9:52. He's not in bad shape but is not used to the extreme altitude.
