On my treadmill I walked 1.5 miles as a warm-up, then I jogged 3 miles at a rate of 10-12 minutes per mile, then I walked 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance on the treadmill was 5 miles.

Later in the day at the Capital High School track I walked 2 miles.

Total distance today was 7 miles.

On my treadmill I walked 1.5 miles as a warm-up, then I jogged 3.5 miles at a rate of 5.0-6.6, then I walked 0.75 miles as a cool-down. The treadmill said that I burned 840 calories (I was walking/jogging at a moderate incline at times). Total distance was 5.75 miles.
