Morning: Today’s run was nice, the temperature 39 degrees with no wind. My goal for today is fifteen miles, so I decided to run half this morning and half this afternoon.  So this morning I ran my seven in half miles at an 8:04 pace. I do have to say I was feeling really good and it sure was nice feeling.  Anyway I will run this afternoon and hopefully I will feel just as good or even better this afternoon! Thanks for reading and have a great morning!!

Afternoon: This afternoon was a little harder for me. I ran 3.25 miles at a 1.0 incline and 3.75 at a 1.50 incline with the last half mile at a 1.0 incline.  I was able to keep an 8:00 pace. My plan for this week is to run about forty plus miles. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great night!!

Great runs!! I haven't run twice in one day in years, but I am sure it is normal for the second run to be a little harder. Good luck with your 40 mile week!!
