Ran on the treadmill today. I think running outside is why i keep getting sick. Ran one mile warm-up and four miles at marathon pace and a mile cool down. My overall average was 6:38 with a 1.0 incline. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Glad you feel better after your day off, have you thought of maybe cutting the faster paces for a week or two and just doing mileage at an easy pace, just to make sure everything is ok... Just a thought :-)

Barry, don't take this as being critical or judging your thoughts. But I would think there would be more germs running inside than running in cold air that kills everything. Just my 1% brain thought for the day.
Nice run and pace.

Sam, thanks for the advice. I will take your recommendations very seriously.
Kory, I will ask Gina tonight and get her opinion on cold weather compared to germs at the GYM. I just feel better running on a treadmill. I know i am strange :-).

Barry - Your smart though. You just don't want to have icicles on your face anymore :-). It's not fun running out in the cold. At least your muscles are staying warm. I'm not questioning you at all. I just have a hard time staying positive on a treadmill. But you did buy those coats and they will work for you.
