Todays run was a windy one and a little warm, the temperature was 72 degrees. I ran ten miles today, according to my trainer I should have ran ten tomorrow. But today worked out better. I really do miss my treadmill. Why you ask OK I will tell you, 1) no wind 2) no traffic 3) It sets the pace for you. 4) Smooth running, I could go on but I think you get the point. So anyway have a good night or day, depending on when ever you read this.

Barry, the problem with treadmills is you can't race on them. You also have to learn to depend on running your own pace and knowing when to slow down and speed up and not depend on a machine to do this for you.

Besides wouldn't you rather view the outside and actually run somewhere, rather than in place.

Your doing awesome keep it up.

Thanks Kory, i am just going threw with drawls for the treadmill. You think you are ready for Ogden, and what time are you wanting to get?
