This morning i was woke up my my dog wanting out of my room, then i had a hard time falling back to sleep so i decided to run. As you can tell by my time i was up early. But the good news is i was having a good run. Ran seven miles at a 7:07 pace on my normal seven mile course. Anyway, now it is time to go take a shower and then back to bed. Have a great day!

Slow the pace down for a couple of days as you have a longer quality session coming up. Just a suggestion. I just noticed a possible sleeping issue? Sometimes that is an indicator of overreaching. Great running otherwise!

Thanks, also what pace would you recommend?
