| It takes ibuprofen and the first mile to get the foot numb enough to run. Went the parkway and felt pretty good. Legs a little tired. (Glycerin 10: 71) |

| Boise: Fantastic run along the Boise river. Ran on the Greenbelt bike path. Nice and shady with the river flowing beside me the whole way. I had me feet taped in the Strength Tape by the folks at Endevr. Love that tape. Nice start to the morning. (Motion III: 9)

| Great morning eum in Boise. Found a myriad of paths that run along the hill North of town. Ended up finding a dirt road that just kept going uphill. Got to a point and enjoyed a nice downhill back to the house I am staying at. (Distance: 322)

| Pine Valley: What a great run this morning. I hit the road headed up the canyon to run my favorite campground/Santa Clara river walk trail. First run in Pine Valley this summer. The foot cooperated. With a combination of less weight and ibuprofen, I think I might be able to get some running done. It really is a good uphill for 3ish and trail rollers coming back for 4ish. Great way to start the day. I have been absent while on the Ironman circuit.

| Pine Valley: Great run again this morning. I ended up going the same direction up to the campgrounds/reservoir. I turned at the reservoir and crossed on the new bridge that connects the dam to the train on the south side. I ended up looping that twice so I could make 6 miles. Glad I didn't sleep in too much. | Coeur D'Alene: Great run this morning. Went down to the lake and hit the trail and just went a few miles around the lake. Temps were perfect and everything felt healthy which was a bonus. Need to get as many runs in up here as possible. (Distance: 328)

| Coeur D'Alene: Tested out the left knee after the crushing on Tuesday. Very sore but I was able to meander some miles on it. Decided to just head West and I eventually found the Centennial trail that goes along the lake. Very pretty run as it rained on me most of the way. Weather is just right and happy to have just done something this morning. (Distance: 335) |
