Told myself I HAD to get a good run in today. Kept it at a steady pace until mile 3 and then bumped it up a notch. Finished 5 in 52:00 - I'm happy with that!
On the treadmill once again. Decided to put it on an incline today - shocking to anybody that knows me and my huge dislike for any sort of hill. I could really feel it in my legs. Walked the last mile as a cool down - good workout.
