I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--2.75 Single-file grass run. Stereo time on the 1st day of track practice.
pm--4.5 Heights for pace work. We turned around a minute more than half way and arrived back at the track exactly 35 minutes later. Nice work for the first try.
pm--4.25 Explored the gully trails for a while. The kids are antsy and wanting to run faster than before. I'm trying to keep them patient.
pm--3.75 Nice group run. We took it easy for 10 minutes to keep the whole group together. Finished w/ 4x striders on the track.
pm--5.75 Anasazi w/ partial Chipmunk. Nice run after easing into it.
pm--7 Rim Trails at dusk. I listened to a podcast about Carl Rogers. He's a guy I need to look into more.
