pm--5.25 Duck Pond w/ SC Parkway. Nice tight group.
am--2.75 Lava Flow w/ the homies.
pm--4 Sunbrook w/ my neighbor. Nice chatting in a light drizzle.
am--3 A loop down by my place. A bit swifter than the usual.
pm--5 9 minutes of progressive tempo work followed by 6 minutes of the same. I listened to a podcast w/ Stan Johnson, the coach of LMU basketball.
