I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 Harts and the bank. The weather is cooling off but still no precipitation.
pm--6 Reverse Firestation w/ an extension past the Browns'. The pace was strong in the middle to latter half.
am--2.5 Bank and back in the cold morning air. My leg--knee and calf and hamstring--was buggin from yesterday's effort.
pm--5 Warm-up and some grass during the workout.
am--5.5 Telegraph out-and-back. Decent run. The leg held up.
I also finished Ender's Game again. It's the perfect book for the business end of a season.
