I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4 New bridge on the first day of school. First time I heard about designer missions.
am--5 Heights w/ 5x :60 threshold pickups w/ until we were ready recoveries (~2:00). Days like this feel good.
am--5 Green Valley Loop w/ my neighbor. Controversial LDS history has come up lately.
am--4.5 Old morning route w/ 10x fartlek strides on the road. Felt okay even if it was a bit warm this morning.
am--5.25 Canyons by my lonesome. Slightly fatigued but feeling a bit stronger every few days.
am--6.5 Anasazi by my lonesome. I've had 2 good weeks in a row. I also finished a new-to-me detective novel, Fer-De-Lance by Rex Stout.
