I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6.5 Road to Paradise w/ some uptempo on the way back and 4x hill sprints.
I finished Wonder Boys by Michael Chabon. He's a favorite. I had seen the movie before but hadn't read the book.
am--5.75 Grass intervals mostly at threshold pace.
pm--2 Hot afternoon run w/ weights after.
am--5 Soccer loop and Lava Flow. Felt flat and tired.
am--5.25 Heights w/ 4x hill sprints and some grass loops.
pm--2 Heat run w/ weights.
am--4.25 SC Elementary while the kids ran a time trial. I also finished The Terra-cotta Dog by Andrea Camilleri. Love his books.
am--6.25 Barrel Roll w/ 2x Elusion. I'm feeling beat for whatever reason.
I finished a book we're book clubbing at school, Grading Smarter Not Harder by Myron Dueck. Some interesting and thoughtful stuff. We'll see how we can integrate some of it.
