am--5 Old school route into Green Valley w/ 5x strides. I also finished my first book by a new, to me, crime/detective writer: Keigo Higashino and his book Silent Parade.
am--6.75 Messing around on Anasazi. Got out a bit later, and the heat coupled with being a little beat made for a slog. It's always good to be in the desert regardless.
pm--6.25 Tready miles after sleeping in because of a headache. My body has been feeling like I need a bit more of the easy-paced aerobic stuff, and this run got the bill.
