I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4.75 Road and grass w/ striders before kids club. We had a killer game of capture (steal) the flag. I overextended myself a bit.
pm--2 Basically, reverse DI after weights and stretching. This afternoon felt hard.
am—7 Green Springs. Today felt hot and hard for me. The kids are running into shape.
am--7 Tempo segments on the new dirt mile. The crew looked good. People won some battles and saw glimpses of their capabilities.
pm--1.5 Harts+ after weights and AIS. A scorcher today.
am--6 I slept in a bit and then ran on the old Swiss Days route. I eased into it and was moving decently well by the end. The muggy, warm morning bogged me down. I was tired by the end.
pm—6 A slow burner to finish off the week.
