I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--3.25 First day of xc. Good number of kids out.
am--3 Canyons and back w/ some calisthenics after.
am--4 Run w/ striders after. Got 5k on the erg later.
am--2.5 Chill short run on grass w/ 6 x 500m w/ 2-min. thanks recovery on the erg. Hopefully, rowing will be a good strength builder.
pm--3.5 Tready miles because I turned off the alarm instead of hitting snooze this morning.
