pm--3.5 Run w/ my neighbor w/ a little barefoot in the grass.
I finished an interesting book by Kenzaburo Oe, A Personal Matter.
am--5.5 Anasazi to the end of the shoulder. Saw my desert tortoise buddy again. He smiled.
am--5 My usual Orem route w/ 15 minutes of tempo. It felt easier than expected w/ the debauchery of the last 2 weeks.
I finished an interesting training book, Run Faster from the 5k to the Marathon: How to Be Your Own Best Coach by Brad Hudson and Matt Fitzgerald.
am--5 Anasazi. No tortoise today, but there was a Brooking sighting.
