am--6.25 Green Valley Loop. I didn't run yesterday even though it was the first day I didn't have anything to do, and there were no set plans for a run this morning. Nevertheless, I got up and headed out the door. Once I moved around a bit, I felt good. Ended up hitting a good pace--high 7's--for this run. The goal this summer will be to gradually bring down the easy pace. That only happens w/ improved aerobic fitness. We'll see what we can do.
pm--3.75 A nice run w/ erg after. I hit 2k in 8:16--an 8- or 9-second PR. That's a workout.
