am--6 Did some loops on grass w/ 8x form striders tacked on the end. 
 

I finished a short book about a lesser-known American runner named Buddy Edelen, A Cold Clear Day by Frank Murphy. Buddy's training is unbelievable. That some of these guys could keep up that intensity for months, let alone years, blows my mind. It is also a testament to human capabilities.
