I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 Anasazi after school and before the track banquet.
pm--3 Grass run w/ my neighbor, some of it barefoot.
pm--4 Heights run w/ my neighbor at a real light progressive pace.
am--6 Anasazi w/ a bit of a lollipop. It felt hotter than the thermometer said. I must still be beat from last weekend.
am--5 Anasazi to the creosote. It wasn't quite as warm when I got out, so that was good. I also finished 2 books--The Last Coyote, a Harry Bosch novel by Michael Connelly, and Table of Contents by John McPhee. Both great in their own right.
