pm--5.5 I ran from home to my parents' w/ a little extension around Lava Cove. The back is feeling much better, and I have been tempting the fates w/ it. The evening was nice.

am--4.5 Nice little run around the neighborhood w/ my brother in law. I'm really liking the morning weather and the running right now. It's time for a runsurrection. Not a word, probably. 

pm--3 Had a nice slow burner down to Dixie Drive and back. The nights right now are perfect.
