am--5.5 DI + T/L Church/Neighborhood bushes/Costco Loop. Warm morning, but good to work out the funk. RHR--52.
pm--3.5 Sandberg's w/ 4x striders after. Man, the girls are speedy. I couldn't keep up on the striders.
am--5.5 DI/Neighborhood bushes/Reverse DI. Felt sluggish this morning. Perhaps it's time for a down week. RHR--52.

pm--6 Ran around the track while people did some handoffs, followed by some running through the 'hood.

am--6 From the hotel to the BYU track and back w/ Ryno. Nice morning, decent pace. After, we watched hours and hours of track and field.
am--6 Same run as yesterday. Holt came along this morning. Excited to see the kids rock it today.
