I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5.5 Bouncing tempo. The kids look strong overall today. A few struggled for various reasons. Others are fitter than they know.
pm--3 GC and back w/ my neighbor. Cruddy stomach after eating 20 minutes earlier.
pm--7 Good running during the workout. Kids looked pretty solid. We'll see how their kegs recover for this weekend.
am--5.5 Easy shakeout w/ the kiddos after running to the school.
am--5.25 Hotel to the track and back in Provo w/ Andrew.
