I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6 Usual morning route. It was nice to get out. I wanted to start the week off right.
pm--4 A mile around the track w/ Coach Dave and then Greensprings w/ a nice little group. It was toasty this afternoon--93 degrees.
pm--4 A nice progressive run, ending in the low 7s. I need to put in some stouter work. That will endear running to this lazy soul.
am--4 Truncated morning run w/ some decent convo.
pm--3 Warm and cool w/ the kids sandwiched around their Kosmin test.
pm--4 miles of not much to say.
pm--5 Pushed the pace a little towards the end--3 sub-8 miles.
