I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6.5 Jacob Hamblin loop w/ 5x strides at the track. Beautiful morning. I also finished The Second Mountain by David Brooks. It's a good rumination on how to find greater purpose in life.
am--6 Threshold--20 minutes--in 3-minute intervals w/ :60 jog recovery and a 2 minute to finish.
pm--5 Double threshold--10x :60 w/ equal recovery and a barefoot cooldown. Kids looked good.
am--5 Recovery run that turned into a progression run thanks to Aspen. Feeling pretty beat.
pm--7.5 Anasazi w/ Lower Graveyard out and back. Draggy but good. It's nice to be in the dirt again.
am--6 Hill Circuits x 2. Felt hard. Must be getting old or weak or both. Still fun to get after it a bit.
pm--7 Anasazi w/ LG and partial Chipmunk. Slow but nice.
