I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--6 Longer run that I cut short after the mucus-filled end of the week last week.
am--2.25 Easy shakeout in the warmer-than-expected morning.
pm--5.5 Heights run in snow flurries. Nice group the whole time. 6x striders after.
I'm just finishing a book on the coming of Japanese fly fishing to the US, tenkara by Daniel Galhardo.
pm--3 Run to Dixie Dr. and back w/ my neighbor. It's always good catching up.
am--2.25 Up from the school and back.
pm--3.5 Warm and cool w/ the kids around their pace practice. People are looking fit.
pm--5 Anasazi to the creosote and back. I nearly caused my daughter to miss dance practice because I got chatting.
pm--7 Started the run around the Heights then soloed to the gate and back on Anasazi. Amazing weather today.
