I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--8.5 SC Parkway loop w/ some light tempo for about 30 minutes. The kids are getting fitter and stronger.
pm--5 Recovery to Sunbrook and back w/ 5x striders after. My legs are still sore and lack pep.
pm--5.5 Shakira Loops w/ a decent-sized group. Felt good today. We'll see if the snow comes as promised.
pm--3.75 warm and cool w/ the kids. Good work, good spirits.
pm--6 Anasazi w/ Chipmunk. The wind made a beautiful day frigid. No matter. Trail miles are always good.
am--7.25 Rim Trails. Nice run w/ some nerdy running stuff to keep my mind off the difficulty of the week.
