pm--5 Hit the Anasazi Trail to the T up top. Felt as good as I've felt on a run in quite a while. But there is still some something or other in the hamstring area. Also, I saw Chad MF Perkins. That was fun. What a great dude.
pm--11.5 Bike miles, looping into Ivins. I rowed 3k in just over 13 minutes. When my leg feels tight, I will default to a plan like this. The rowing will swell me in no time.
