pm--6.75 River Trail w/ striders. It was a fun run w/ the girls, chatting about medical terminology and history vocab., among other nerdy things. I really love running w/ the girls--some of my favorite people in the world. RHR--58.

am--7.25 Lower Zen w/ water tank extension w/ Tom. Had some good running and good convo. The place was crawling w/ campers and RC truck folks. It's fun to see people out and about.
