I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--5 Fartlek work--5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 min. bouts w/ 2 min. recovery. Felt pretty good. RHR--49.
pm--7 Just some miles. For some reason, I'm not super motivated right now, but running still does me good. RHR--52.
pm--6 Easy run w/ 8 x striders tacked on the end. RHR--56.
pm--5 Tinman tempo. The run felt decent. My motivation is still rolling around somewhere on the floor. RHR--54.
pm--9 Tready w/ the HRM. It was pretty nice and easy. HR was around 150, for what it's worth. RHR--55.
pm--6 Just another run. Kind of dumb week for running, but I got 38 miles in the week I turned 38. That's got to count for something.
