| | am--4.75 Firestation Run backwards. It was toasty out, but the ac in the school seemed to be on the fritz. That surely helped this afternoon. Nice start to the school year as well. I'm excited about my classes.

| | am--7 DI/AC+/DI Reverse Adapted. Had a nice run this morning. I love getting in a few miles before practice and then running w/ the kids, and then adding a couple more miles. This morning was everything it promised to be but was a tad humid. RHR--51.
pm--2 I'l say 2 miles, setting up the course for our Desert Relays. Ended up calling it due to lightning. Lightning didn't seem to be such a big deal "back in the day."
