| | pm--5 A nice Dog Pound Loop w/ an extension around the PV block. It was good to run w/ the kids again. They are pumped to be back running as evidenced by the defacto tempo pace today. Well, got that out of the way for the week. RHR--54.

| | am--6 Barrel Roll figure 8. I intended on going about twice this far, but it was work out there today. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't been on the trails for almost a month or because of the hectic nature of the last day or so. (I didn't get a run in yesterday because we had some water heater issues and minor water damage and other stuff.) I'm not very handy, but I figured it wasn't a great day to say, "See you later, Honey. I'm going running. You handle this."
On that note, I decided to set some goals for my running in the near future. Trails x 3 every week and a double-digit run. The other days will find a way.

| | pm--8 Canyons Kidney run or at least that's what I'm calling it. I had an enjoyable run in a short sleeve shirt on a January night. Go figure. I'm working on keeping these normal runs at a steady, aerobic pace.

| | pm--4 Temple Quarry trail w/ the kiddos. This is a bit slow going once you hit the lave rock, but it's a fun trail if a tad on the short side.

| | am--3.5 Ultimate miles. I'm counting them when the running week has been so . . . . Plus, we were champs. Thanks to all the old bucks who are younger than Dave and I. They made us look good. I will definitely get out later for some miles.
pm--4.5 Easy miles. I was a bit sore from trying to play around like I'm half my age. Did some Tabata-style stuff w/ some weights after.
