3k warmup, 3k @MP, 5x800m @ 3k pace with 400m recovery, 1.6k @MP, 3.6 cooldown
BIG WORKOUT - 3.2k warmpup, 8 x 30sec hills, cool down at easy increaseing to moderate pace for 7k.
Slow run - breaking into a new pair of shoes
