Hospital Mile loops - 5x1200 + 400 - 64 degrees.  I should have worn a hat.  SOOOO sweaty.

I think I have runner's knee.  My quad just ablove my knee cap has been hurting for awhile.  I guess my quads aren't very strong.  Action:  strengthen quads

These felt OK.  I've decided I don't like looking at my watch.  My legs felt heavy, but I'm not sure if it is because of the runner's knee or too many miles in general.

Major family crisis last night and I didn't get to bed until 1:00am.  It was too hot to run outside when I was finally able to go, so I went on the TM and abandoned all workouts.  So physically and emotionally tired.
