Home TM. 20 minute lift before run. I found a PT IG account and they had a post about not only strength and mobility, but STABILITY. All the single leg stuff. So I did one of her workouts and haven't had as much hip flexor pain. Between the workouts and the scraping, I'm feeling a little hopeful.
