30 minutes strength training before run. So frustrating....I only ate a banana and a bunch of water and gained 5lbs after my run.

Oh my sweet friend can I sympathize with the weight thing. I swear I eat nothing and gain 5 pounds. It gets SO frustrating! If you want to slow down on a run sometime let me know and I'll meet you! :)
