Yesterday was the state XC meet.  Abby had hopes of placing in the top 10.  She tripped during the first 800m and had a scraped up knee/hand/head.  The course was brutal.  No one was having a good day.  Only 1 girl broke 20:00.  This is definitely a good experience for her.
