MCT loop with Michelle - 59 degrees. Felt heavenly! Feeling better about running after meet with PT Scott. He worked on my calf and gave me some SIJ exercises. My goal for SGM is just to finish, but I hope it will be a better experience.
I felt GREAT on this run. I actually pushed the pace and didn't die. Legs responded good.
