Run 200 meters (I ran 400 meters cause it was easier to keep track of on TM)
100 meter Walking lunge (100 lunges)
50 Squats Then finished up at 3 miles. Love the new shoes. Just trying to adjust my metatarsal relief pad on my left foot to avoid the nerve pain. I remember my launches feeling light at 81/2 ounces and these are 8 ounces! I was hesitant thinking they wouldn't have enough support but they do!

Run 1000 meters I did 20 "pullups" with resistance band and 10 more sitting under my kitchen counter and pulling myself up. None of it's as good as a bar. Finished off at 3miles.

12 Thrusters, 20lbs Finished off at 3 miles again. My 3 yr old will not sleep. Someday I'll be able to run farther...My runs were intervals. Pushed harder at the end of each 1/2 mile. 3 miles took about 30 minutes.

She offered me her jogger so Josie and I ran 2 more miles with her in it. Ran up 17th and it was super tough! This weather is GORGEOUS! It felt SO good out there! Legs were screaming cause of all the squat thrusters I did. Run took around 35 min probably. No garmin.
