20 Front squats, 40 lbs (I lifted 30lbs)
30 Box jump, 18 inch box (jumped 161/2" 20 times then stepped 10)
40 Kettlebell swings, 15 lbs
50 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball (thrusters with 20 lbs)

Crossfit Mama WOD! Almost 5, 5+3cleans, 5, 5+3 cleans and 5+3 cleans as rx'd.

That's 81 Power Cleans, 144 girl push ups, and 213 squats.

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans, 30 lbs
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Crossfit Mama Monday WOD! 4 rounds! Jelly arms!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups (girl cause boy would have been impossible last 2 rounds)
15 Pull-ups (jump up, slow down or reverse pull-ups) I used resistance band, sock and my door.

Ran 1 mile! No time for more.

Crossfit Mama Wed WOD! 5 rounds plus a 1/2 mile. Took a  little more than 45 min.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of:
Run 800 meters
80 Squats -hope I can walk tomorrow
8 Pull-ups (jump up, slow down or reverse pull-ups) I don't have a bar so I use resistance band, sock and door and did more then 8. I'm sure it's nothing like a real pull-up.

18 Box jumps (jumped 16 and 1/2 first round and the rest stepped 17")
