Today I started week 10 of Ragnar's beginner training schedule. Yes beginner cause I'm fat and slow right now. But I'm not starting at the beginning cause I don't have time and I'm not completely out of shape. I was SO excited last night when my childhood friend Cathy texted and let me know there's a spot on her team. I desperately need something to train for. YES!

| | Total time was 38:24.4 which included running up and down stairs every time to do bench press. Total running time was 32:00 and ran each 1/2 mile from 5.5 to 6.0 on TM.

15 Bench press, 30 lbs total
*if you don't have a bench, use 2 dining room chairs, face them towards
each other, straddle and lay back and there you have a bench. :)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Push-ups (boy)
10 Crossfit sit-ups (these slow me down the most)
15 Squats (went as low as I could)
2.20 miles at 12 noon in 25:22. Josie came with me and rode her scooter once around the mile and then her bike. She stayed with me much better on the scooter. 66:38 total workout time.

Hero WOD
Run 800 meters
Then 2 rounds of:
50 Burpees (jillian michaels style)
40 Crossfit Sit-ups
30 One-legged squats (did 20 modified one legged and then 10 regular squats)
20 Kettlebell swings, 15 lbs
10 Handstand push-ups (modify as necessary) I did boy push ups
Then,
Run 800 meters
Freak'n hard! Hado to rest in middle of burpies and I wasn't even hitting the deck.
