I planned to run a 10 miler on the TM. I woke up late and only pulled 8 miles. After work I will be heading out the door for another three.
My body is still tired from the 22 on Sat. But I want to pull a high-milage week.
Goals for Boston:
1. Get a lot of rest. 8 hours of sleep every night. Give adequate rest between workouts.
2. Listen to my body. If I feel aches or pains; give them all my attention.
3. Slowly build milage weekly.
4. Eat healthy to fuel my body.
Feel free to give me any other suggestions.
After work I went outside and just ran a steady, relaxed 3 miles.
